One Night Only Extravaganza, March13             

“The Orig-i-nal One Night Only Xerox Extravaganza” will be a very stylish multimedia installation created by visual artist, Jessica White.  Several artists and musicians have contributed remixes of the Adam and the Ants song, Zerox, to be incorporated into the installation.

Thousands of copies, collage, video and sound will transform the gallery into a burlesque model of historical parallels of Romantic ideas of art and culture.  The exhibition will provide the viewer an environment in which to entertain the concept of originality and history.

Jessica White is a visual artist specializing in digital multimedia and interactive installation.  Her work incorporates photography, film, sound, media images and nostalgic objects.  Jessica was born and raised in Houston, Texas.  She has lived in Los Angeles since 1991 and graduated from the CalArts Photography and Media program in 2000.
